My 'beautiful room sea view' was a joke. from the terrace, i could see a building, and then, if i strained my neck, a sliver of the sea. also, the reception staff seemed to operate on a different planet. they weren't just unhelpful. They were spectacularly incompetent, made check-in a real adventure i didn't ask for.

the building is very excellent. the service was attentive and friendly. the resort offers excellent value while still being high class. we had a beautiful room sea view. it was spacious, comfortable, and the view was amazing. the staff were always ready to help with a smile!!!

i wish there were more mirrors in the room!!! currently, there's only one in the bathroom. this made getting ready a little inconvenient. i had to wait my turn.
